A hot water generation system:

• Steam Pipe Line with bypass assembly to transfer the steam from boiler to hot water phe
• The pipeline consist of the auto control steam valve, gun metal valves and pressure gauges
• Hot water PHE to generate water from the steam
• The outlet of Phe consist of steam trap for effective condensation and creating back pressure for steam
• The system consists of how water pump, buffer vessel, safety valve and makeup line for water

Milk Pasteuriser PHE plate pack:

• The multi-section PHE plate pack is used to heat the milk from room temp. To pasteurisation temp
• Milk gets the hold in holding tube so as to kill harmful bacteria and is brought back to 4 degree Celsius
• Regeneration efficiency up to 93 %

Auto Control Valve:

• In order to forward/divert the milk in case the temp, reaches the set point.
